25 km from the Nautilus Family Hotel, Montefabbri is an enchanted village suspended in time.
Montefabbri, a small village in the municipality of Colbordolo, still has its fifteenth-century urban layout: a city wall surrounds the houses and a very picturesque natural landscape unfolds around it.
Access to the village is through an arch, the same arch under which the drawbridge once stood.
Visiting this village, therefore, means taking a real journey back in time.
Here stands the Parish Church of San Gaudenzio, which has a 25-metre high bell tower and, built between the 7th and 8th centuries, is one of the oldest churches in the province.
From Montefabbri it is easy to reach Colbordolo, the birthplace of Raphael's father, Giovanni Santi.
This area is particularly renowned for the production of excellent extra virgin olive oil and DOC wines.
Parking spots with a charging station for electric cars are subject to an additional fee of €20.00 to be added to the parking fee (except for Porsche customers, who can use the charging stations for free).
